Introducing the Family - Mark

Mark is our youngest son and twin to his sister Lauren. Mark is 19 and has decided to enlist in the USAF where he has qualified for avionics training. One of the most avid hunters and fisherman I've ever known, he will no doubt provide alot of fodder for this blog.

Having three children 18 months apart, especially with twins, doesn't clarify which one is the middle child. So even though he was born in the middle - he bares no resemblence of a middle child. Mark leaves for boot camp in September. We are very proud of his decision and are excited about his future. Its going to get very quiet around here. I hope.

Introducing the Family - Adam

Adam is our oldest son. He will be a senior this year at the University of Arkansas. He is in ROTC, majoring in Middle Eastern Studies with an Arabic Language proficiency. He has qualified for Flight School and will be assigned a training base upon graduation. Go Hogs!

Having a 21 year old son has proven already to be an experience. But I find his friends and aquaintences very well mannered and often a delight to be around. Adam is very self-motivated, self-disciplined with ample good judgement and personal reservation. He is totally committed to his future service in the USAF.I think he will make a great officer. If he didn't look so much like his daddy, I would be considering a serious talk with his mother. The dog is Carlos, a Chi-weinie (Chihuahua-Daschund Mix), I'd like to tell you he's a designer dog, but he's just a pound puppie. Luckly, he'll be joining Adam when he moves back out in August.
